I help you work with your emotions and how they manifest in your mind and body. I do this within a framework of developmental psychology and attachment, which explains human growth and development over the lifespan. I utilize client centred listening and responding to guide me toward interventions from cognitive behavioural and mind-body perspectives.
The interventions will allow you to witness and explore the causal interactions within your mind and body. The overall goal is to increase coherence or understanding and improve integration of awareness, emotion and action.
