I help you observe your nervous system to become familiar with how your experiences manifest in your emotions, mind, and body. I do this within a framework of developmental psychology and attachment, which explain human growth and development over the lifespan. I utilize client-centred listening and responding to guide me toward interventions from cognitive behavioural and mind-body perspectives.
The interventions will allow you to witness and explore the causal interactions within your mind and body. The goal is to increase coherence or understanding and to improve integration of awareness, emotion and action.
