I aim to create a safe space for you, as a woman, to embrace your challenges and find the confidence to foster new ways of being.
I am an open minded, warm and compassionate person who aims to join forces and co-create a happier, more fulfilled and calmer you.
I have walked many paths. Along the way, I have collected some great maps that I’d love to share with you. My counselling style is eclectic and responsive to client feedback. I include elements of developmental attachment theory, client centred listening and responding, cognitive therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness and embodied movement.
I understand that you don’t need me to fix you. You may be discouraged and faltering, but you can pull out of this with some support, tools and guidance. I am confident that you can find your way back to the person you aspire to be. I have faith that this is possible for all my clients.
My intention as your therapist is to provide the same quality of understanding and support that has facilitated my own growth. It is my job to provide the mirror so that you can recognize your own truth and use it to create more balance in your life.
