I aim to create a safe space for you, as a woman, to embrace your challenges and find the confidence to foster new ways of being.

Through an open-minded, warm, and compassionate approach, I aim to join forces with you to co-create a happier, more fulfilled, and calmer you.

Having walked many paths over the years, I have collected some great maps I’d love to share with you. You will engage in an eclectic counselling style that is responsive to client feedback. You will experience elements of developmental attachment theory, client-centred listening and responding, somatic therapy, cognitive therapy, mindfulness, and embodied movement.

I understand that you don’t need me to fix you. You may be discouraged and faltering, but you can overcome this with support, tools and guidance. I am confident you can find your way back to the person you aspire to be. I have faith that this is possible for all my clients.

As your therapist, I intend to provide quality understanding, exploration and support to facilitate your self-knowledge and growth. My job is to be the mirror so you can reflect upon your truth and use it to create more balance in your life.
